Every once in a while, it takes just a pinch of something to transform a dish.
Maybe you add a new component to a favorite recipe. Maybe you find a terrific side dish that complements your stellar entree. Maybe you change the ratio of ingredients listed in a recipe book to truly make a dish your own.
Maybe you dash some salt on an Avocado and call it good.
- 1 avocado
- Some salt
- Parsley for garnish (optional, but classy)
1) Slice open avocado
2) Sprinkle some salt up on there
3) Eat it (I use a spoon, but you do you)
